2. What we collect.

Licence checks. When the plugin verifies a licence key, our licensing server receives the key, an anonymous per-install seat identifier (seat-based plans), and anonymous usage counts (for example, number of banners generated). These contain no personal information and no design content. They are used to count seats, apply fair-use policies, and show you your own usage stats.

Payment data. Payments are processed entirely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle shares with us your name, email, and purchase details so we can issue your licence key and provide support. See Paddle's privacy policy for their processing.

Support email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to help you.

3. What we don't collect.

Flexlio does not read, transmit, or store the contents of your Figma files. Your designs never leave Figma.

4. How long we keep data.

Licence and purchase records: for as long as your licence is active, plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Support emails: up to 2 years.

5. Sharing.

We share data only with Paddle (payments) and our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, which hosts the licensing server. We do not sell data.
