Refund Policy

14-day guarantee.

Full refund on your first payment for a plan, requested within 14 days, provided your account has not substantially used the paid features (banners beyond the Free allowance, CSV imports, or A/B variant sets). If you have generated a campaign with them, we will take that as Flexlio doing its job.

• The Free plan (30 banners a month with every master type and live sync) exists so you can fully evaluate Flexlio before paying.
• Charged for a renewal you did not intend? Email us within 14 days and we will refund it.
• Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Card refunds typically take 3–5 working days once approved; PayPal refunds typically appear within 48 hours. Paddle's own policy commits to processing within 14 days of approval.
• Refunded licences are deactivated.
