Full refund on your first payment for a plan, requested within 30 days of purchase.

• The Free plan (30 banners a month with every master type and live sync) exists so you can fully evaluate Flexlio before paying.
• Refunds are requested and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your confirmation email.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. Paddle's policy commits to processing within 14 days of approval.
• Refunded licences are deactivated.
• Cancelling stops future payments from the end of your current billing period.
