Terms of Service

1. Who we are.

2. The service.

Flexlio is a plugin for Figma that generates and synchronises multi-size banner designs from user-created master frames. The plugin runs inside Figma and requires a Figma account, which is governed by Figma's own terms.

3. Ordering and payment.

Paid subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, and invoicing. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies, so the amount displayed is the amount you pay. Paddle may display and charge the equivalent in your local currency, converted at the rate applying when each payment is taken. Where a rate is described as locked, the locked amount is the sterling amount; the equivalent in another currency can vary between payments as exchange rates move.

4. Licence.

On payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence key activating the features of your plan. Each licence key is for use by one named individual; teams buy one key per user. You may not share, resell, or publish licence keys. We may deactivate keys used in breach of these terms.

5. Your content.

Everything you design, and everything Flexlio generates in your Figma files, is yours. We claim no rights over your designs or output.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation.

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Fair use and availability.

We aim to keep Flexlio available and improving, but the service is provided "as is". We may update features over time. Free-tier limits (e.g. monthly banner count) may be adjusted with notice on this site.

8. Liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.

10. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
