Licence checks. When the plugin verifies a licence key, our licensing server receives the key and a randomly generated installation identifier. It does not receive your designs, your copy or any usage counts. We use these to confirm the key is valid and which plan it belongs to, to count how many devices each key is active on, and to spot keys used across an unusual number of installations. Each key can be active on up to three devices at once; a device not seen for 30 days frees its place.
Payment data. Payments are processed entirely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle shares with us your name, email, and purchase details so we can issue your licence key and provide support. Your email address is looked up when your key is sent and is not stored on our licensing server. See Paddle’s privacy policy for their processing.
Support email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence, including any support file you attach, to help you. A support file contains diagnostic information, not your designs; client names and copy are removed before it is saved.
Masters you choose to send. If you email us a master or other artwork so we can test and improve Flexlio, we keep it for that purpose only. We do not publish it, show it to others or sell it, and we delete it if you ask. Only send artwork you have the right to share, and remove client names and copy first.
Flexlio does not read, transmit, or store the contents of your Figma files. Your designs never leave Figma unless you choose to email us a master (see section 2).
Licence and purchase records: for as long as your licence is active, plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Support emails: up to 2 years. Masters you send us: until you ask us to delete them.
We share data only with Paddle (payments), our infrastructure provider Cloudflare, which hosts the licensing server, and our email provider Resend, which delivers your licence key email. We do not sell data.
