Before you start

Flexlio is a Figma plugin. If you can build a Figma file, you already know how to use it. This page walks through getting it running, setting up your first masters, and generating your first campaign.

Get Flexlio from Figma Community

Open the Flexlio listing on Figma Community and click Run. If you find it through Community search instead, choose 'Open in...' from the result, which takes you to Flexlio's own listing page, then click Run from there. Either way, nothing outside Figma itself, no sign-up, no account creation.

Build your master frames like you always do

Open Flexlio inside your Figma file, right-click on the canvas and choose Plugins → Flexlio (standard Figma plugin behaviour, not specific to this product). The panel opens with its main tab, Select Sizes, ready.

Build between one and eight masters covering your main ratios, square, portrait, landscape, skyscraper. One master is enough to try it. You don't need a full set before you see it work.

For Flexlio to find and classify the parts of your design correctly, name your layers by role: Background, Headline, Subhead, CTA, Logo, Legal. If you have more than one of a role, number them (Legal 1, Legal 2). There's no separate 'new master' button inside the plugin. Any frame you build and select becomes a candidate master.

Tell Flexlio what to build

With your masters selected, use the Select Sizes tab to tick the sizes your campaign needs, grouped by platform, with select-all and A/B-set toggles for faster picking. Need a size that isn't in the list? Add it under Custom Sizes.

On Studio and above, skip manual ticking altogether: use the Upload Media Plan tab to import your plan directly from a spreadsheet.

Human QC, fine-tune, ship

Flexlio flags the mechanical stuff live as it generates, overflow, or a headline or logo breaking a platform's safe zone, marked right on the canvas so it's easy to spot. But automated flags aren't a QC pass: give every banner a human look before it ships. Fine-tune anything you want, exactly as you would any other Figma frame. Ship from Figma as normal.
